However, studies indicate that certain types of activities can be very beneficial at reducing the negative effects of these conditions, particularly for attention disorders. These include mental games, e.g., crossword puzzles, playing chess, Sudoku, meditation. Even more beneficial are activities that include both mind and body, e.g., yoga, martial arts, dance and sports that involve concentration.
